Current Dispute Over the Continental Shelf

While we have been looking at continental shelf cases for the purposes of understanding the law of treaties, customary international law, and the relationship between them, you may be interested to read about a current dispute between Nicaragua and Columbia over boundary issues and the continental shelf.
